Our recruitment policy

The futures members of the Acensi team are discovered and recruited by our Human Resource Team in collaboration with all of the managers in order to assure our selectivity grows with the demands of our clients. Our policy of dynamic communication and our close links with the principal engineering and management schools allow us to detect and integrate the best potential in this field.

Our recruitment policy is orientated towards those with engineering or business degrees or who, ideally, are proficient in both.
